Pretium leads Practicum "Benefits Quantification and ROI Analysis" at 2010 IAOP Outsourcing World Summit

NEW THIS YEAR! Day 3 of this world class event was a “Conference Within A Conference”. Participants were able to select from IAOP’s Real-Time Strategy Session or one of two hands-on practicums designed to help customers, providers and advisors get more value, right now, out of their current outsourcing efforts.

Kyle Andrews and Bill Hall, Pretium's Founders, delivered "Benefits Quantification and ROI Analysis" as one of the two featured practicum sessions.

Benefits quantification is a critical element of the outsourcing business case, but it loses all relevance without the necessary customer collaboration. This fast paced, hands-on workshop tackled the challenges of working with the customer to create assumptions and gain their agreement on the elements required to quantify benefits and perform investment analysis. Not only did participants gain valuable insights into this process, but they took away a professional, easy to use investment analysis tool for future use.

As the Chair of the Sales and Marketing Chapter, Pretium also oversaw the Provider Experiences track to ensure content not only supplied valuable takeaways to members and participants, but also aligned with the theme of the conference and goals of IAOP. In addition to these duties, Bill Hall has taken over the reigns as head of the IAOP Member Services Committee.

IAOP was formed in 2005 by a consortium of leading companies involved in outsourcing as customers, providers, and advisors. Today, its global membership encompasses over 200 organizations from around the world representing almost every industry type and functional activity. In total, more than 40,000 individuals working in the field of outsourcing are members or subscribers.

IAOP’s approach is to use the collective power of the global community of outsourcing professionals - customers, providers, and advisors alike - to develop and continuously improve the field’s ability to measure outsourcing success in quantifiable terms and to identify, standardize, train, and certify organizations and professionals in the processes and technologies shown to produce superior results. All of IAOP’s programs and services are directed toward these goals.
