Pretium expands capabilities through affiliate agreement with HR Chally

Pretium Partners (www.PretiumPartners.com) is excited to announce that it has entered into an affiliate agreement with HR Chally, a talent management, leadership development, and sales improvement corporation providing personnel assessment and research services to more than 2,500 customers in 35 countries.

The HR Chally Group was founded in 1973 through a grant from the United States Justice Department. The grant funded the creation of actuarial assessment techniques and a validation technology that accurately predicts on-the-job effectiveness.

By using Chally's assessment, companies increase the likelihood of hiring the right person 25-35% more often than traditional hiring methods, while reducing time and cost to hire. Their assessments predict, with great accuracy, future work performance in a number of position tailored profiles for sales, management, professional and skill positions.
